Problems with faithmanhattan.org

Technology is constantly changing, in fact, it is often hard to keep up. Sometimes it is even more difficult to go backwards. If you are experiencing troubles with our site it is likely due to the browser you are using to explore our site with. Two problems that we know about include:

1.) Comments function not working on the podcast.

2.) Colors appearing to be a greyish color instead of green. (See below) This problem is often fixed by adding www. in front of faithmanhattan.org in the address bar.



Both of the above problems seem to be exclusive to Internet Explorer 6 users. Internet Explorer 6 was released on August 27, 2001. A lot has changed since then. While there are ways to work around the problems that IE6’s old age causes, we do not currently have the resources to do so. Thus, at this time, we are unable to fix these problems in Internet Explorer 6.

If you use Internet Explorer 6 you might be wondering what to do? Our site seems to work fine with all of the following free browsers. Feel free to download and install one and then see if the problems go away. I personally recommend Firefox as a very secure, fast and easy to use browser. Yet, any of the browsers below will work. Click on their names to be taken to the sites where you can download the browsers. After downloading, follow the site’s installation instructions.
