Community Outreach
We encourage everyone at Faith to serve “outside the walls of the church” in some way. Through our outreach into the community we hope that others experience the love of Christ in tangible, practical ways. Here are some of the community outreach opportunities in which Faith participates.
Habitat for Humanity
Building simple, decent, affordable housing for local families in need.
Flint Hills Breadbasket
Distributes food and nurtures projects that will help alleviate hunger and poverty.
Life Choice Ministries
A ministry of compassion for women and families experiencing crisis pregnancy.

Shepherd’s Crossing
Many Manhattan churches participate in this ministry which offers budget counseling, referrals and financial support for utilities, rent and prescription medication to Riley County and St. George residents.
Manhattan Emergency Shelter
Faith provides a meal for approximately 25 people at the Shelter on the 20th of each month.

Restore
The Manhattan Habitat ReStore is a retail outlet where quality used and surplus new building materials, architectural salvage, and working appliances are sold at a fraction of normal prices. Proceeds from the Manhattan Habitat ReStore helps the local affiliate fund the construction of homes within the community.
