Visitor Registration
It can be hard for anyone when visiting a new place. That feeling is often magnified for a child. We encourage all families who plan on visiting Faith to fill out the form below. This helps us make sure your child's first experience is a great one. We would love to know all names and birthdays, including year of birth, so that we can ensure proper class placement and adequate supplies.
