Discipleship Summit

What: A gathering to explore and learn about how we might fully encourage our children to chase hard after Jesus.

When: Sunday July 31st, 3:00pm-5:00pm with hamburgers and hot dogs to follow.

Who: We would love to have the whole church in attendance, parents are especially encouraged to attend.

Why: To create a stronger cooperative spirit as we seek to train up our young children.

The first discipleship summit, in 2010, was a great chance for us to interact over some of our big ideas regarding how we help children love Jesus and follow him throughout every stage of their lives. We talked about how the church and the home could partner together and established the foundation for being an Orange Ministry.

This year's Discipleship Summit is going to be focused on sharing some ideas about how we plan to foster more community and support for you as parents. In the last 10 months, with Mason, I've come to a deep understanding that there is no way I can do this on my own. Because of the church none of us have to.

I am more excited about this meeting than I've ever been about any other. If at all possible I strongly encourage you to come!!!
