a children's ministry survey

Have you ever been amazed from reading verses like Jeremiah 1:5 that talk about God's knowledge of us? God knew everything about us, including the stray paths that we would follow. Yet, He still showed great love.

Psalm 139 speaks clearly of this knowledge that God has. It is clear that, to David the writer of this Psalm, God's thoughts and knowledge were precious and beneficial. It is from these verses that the Known project flows.

We will never reach God's knowledge of your child, but we pray that when a child walks through the doors of our church that they would feel Known by those who serve them. We pray that the relationships that are fostered with this knowledge will reflect God's relationship with us and point them towards Jesus for their entire life.

Please take a moment to fill out the form below for each child in your care. Ask them to help you! This could be a fun family project. We would also love for you to attach a recent photo of your child or family. We will not make any information you share publicly accessible on the internet. It will be used among those who work with the children here at Faith, for the benefit of those children. If you have any questions please feel free to email me or call with questions.
