Mission
We understand our mission to be the “great commission” of Matthew 28 in which Jesus said, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you. . . " A disciple is someone who is learning from Jesus how to live his or her life in a way that pleases God and furthers His purposes. We talk about this mission of making disciples in terms of “helping people come to faith in Christ and experience God in all of life.”
